3D model: Fantech AC902s Microphone Boom Arm Hanger for Headphones

I needed to find where to hang headphones and noticed that Fantech AC902s Microphone Boom Arm Maz be the right place. So in no time I made hanger model in FreeCad.

Other than 3D printer there is need for one 4mm screw spiral thread screw, 20 to 30mm long. It is used to clamp hook to microphone boom arm and also to give it more strength.

3D model: JL-1P Boost Step Up Module UPS

JL-1P is Boost Step Up Module UPS. I made this model ti make easier making holders and housings for this model. I guess other may make use of it too.

It is simplified model not meant to be 3D printed but to provide right measurements.

Three models are provided

  • JL-1P electronic PCB with some distinctive elements
  • 18560 battery holder
  • PCB and battery holder combined

Bosch Purion Display Pocket User Manual (free PDF download)

I just got myself eBike with Bosch system. Controller Display is Purion. It is simple to use but as almost all keys have multiple functions, until I remember all functions I have to keep User Manual with myself. So I printed pocket size (74 x 52 mm) manual.

If you need it also, her it is, free to download and print.

How to print:

1. Download PDF document bosch-purion-display-manual.pdf

2. Print it on A4 format paper, using default size, no centering.

3. When page goes out of printer just insert it again without rotating or turning it, and repeat print.

Morse Code Sound Machine

Wanted to create something that will introduce Morse Code to kids. It had to be simple and looking like a game, so I ended up with making Morse code Sound Machine.

Idea is that kids enter their names and then listen how it sounds in Morse Code and also Amateur Radio.

There is animation of sending Morse code and options to change speed and tone frequency. I guess that is enough to keep them interested for a while.

Application is written in plain JavaScript and can be run in any web browser.

3D model: Small Case for KASE Universal Magnetic Lens Filter

KASE Universal Lens Filter came in nice but bulky case that is so big that cannot fit in pocket or bag I carry with me. I had to make much smaller case so I can bring filter with mi and keep it protected from dust and physical damage.

Case is simple: squared in shape with top and bottom that tight fit so case is kept closed just by friction.

Inner dimensions of box are 60mm x 60 mm x 5 mm. It may have use for other stuff that can fit.
