Knob adapter to 1/4″-20 photo nut. Uses metallic nut easily available, version that has wire hook. Wire hook is removed and only nut body is used.

Prints in two parts that fit together and need to be glued after metallic nut is inserted.

When inserting metallic nut into plastic cap, pay attention that nut has two side holes left after wire is removed and cap has two small bumps that should snap into those holes. align them.

This allows you to have metallic screw with nice and practical plastic knob.

I have hand circular cutter made by Parkside (model HG02867). It is useful for cutting rubber, plastic or paper sheets, fiber and similar materials.

I wanted to use it to cut stickers printed on self adhesive paper. Problem was, that it cuts stickers all the way. I want to cut just sticky part. So I made this add-on for the tool that allows me to set cutting depth. It works fine. You can have two sheets of paper on top of each other and set cutting depth to cut just upper one.

Designing this was easy. Tool already had suitable hole where I heat inserted common M4 hex nut using soldering iron (curled brass inset would fit too). […]

1/4″-20 threaded screw used for photography equipment. This is meant to be 3D printed as replacement for metal screws for non vital usage. Do not trust these to carry heavy and expensive equipment.

Four types are available. Slight differences are in dimensions and shape of handle wheels.

Da mi je neko pričao da ću pod stare dane da se bavim prepravkama autića na daljinsko upravljanje, ne bih mu baš verovao. Jakša je nedavno dobio jedan takav Monster Truck. Kineska proizvodnja, naravno, pa je baterija prilično loša. Hajde što mora svako malo da se puni, nego se baterija mora izvaditi iz autića, priključiti na punjač da se napuni pa onda vratiti nazad. Na sve to poklopac baterija ima zavrtanj, a paket baterija se spaja preko konektora koji nije baš lako odspojiti. Prilično smorno, složićete se.

Pošto je ceo posao punjenja baterija spao na mene, to se bacih u razmišljanje kako da tu muku skinem s grbače. […]

3D Print: Circle cutter adapter for Dremel/Proxxon router/grinder

I needed to cut holes for speakers but also to carve notch for speaker edge to fit in. As I did not have proper tool for that job I had to make it on my own. As I already had cutting guide adapter for my Proxxon grinder I decided to make an adapter for it using 3D printer. It was actually adapter for Dremel tool with customization to fit Proxxon, so new tool may be used with both Proxxon and Dremel grinders.

I did modeling in FreeCAD and printed it on my Prusa MK3S 3D printer. It did a job surprisingly well. […]

This is customizable zip tie holder for mounting of pictures or electronic devices at poles or similar objects. It uses mounting hole at the back of object meant to be hanged on nail or screw onto the wall.

I needed way to mount temperature and humidity meter on LACKE housing for my 3D printer. I did not want to drill holes so I got an idea to use zip ties. I needed adapter. So here is the model.
